Arizona Residential Pool Inspections

Are you considering listing your home for sale, but worried about the condition of the pool? Are you currently in your Due Diligence Period on a home with a pool? A swimming pool can easily cost more than a new roof to repair, and the equipment can sometimes be as much as a new AC Unit.

Why take a Risk?

Even the best Home Inspectors cannot be experts in every area of the home. Pools are no exception, and hiring a Licensed Pool Professional is the only way to truly know the condition of each individual component of your future system. Did you know that major equipment components can cost thousands to replace? Or that resurfacing a pool can cost as much as a new roof? Don’t wait until it’s too late.

Q: How long does the inspection take?

A: Approx. 60-90 Minutes provided we do not have any distractions.

Q: How quickly do I get the report after the inspection?

A: We can provide a few recommendations, but Paradise Valley Pool Care does not offer resurfacing directly.

Q: Is testing the water part of the inspection?

A: Yes, we do test the water quality as part of the inspection.
